The version of these General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally modified for this order. Any conditions of the customer which are contrary to or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions will not be recognized.

Endivtras endeavours to provide all details and information on this website correctly, completely, up to date and clearly, but may not be able to guarantee this.

5. Payment options and retention of title

6. Delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects and returns

Services are provided online only.

If delivery against invoice is offered, the invoice will be sent by email. 

7. Warranty

Endivtras endeavors to deliver its services with impeccable quality. If defects are reported in time, Endivtras guarantees that the item purchased by the customer is free from defects and functional for the statutory warranty period, generally two years from the date of delivery. It is at Endivtras' discretion to provide the warranty in the form of free repairs, equivalent replacements or a refund of the purchase price. Other warranty rights are excluded. 

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, the consequences of mishandling or damage attributable to the customer or third parties, or defects attributable to external circumstances.
