Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of termination/withdrawal

You have the right to terminate this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

2. Cancellation period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods.

3. Notification of revocation

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a statement clearly indicating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not obligatory.

4. Compliance with the withdrawal period

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Effect of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, to be reimbursed immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this reimbursement.

6. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back or until you have provided proof that the item has been shipped, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

8. Return costs

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Compensation in the event of reduction in the value of the goods

Your liability only exists for loss of value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the type, properties and functionality of the goods.
